Prathab

Prathab V is a Principal Consultant at ESG Academy and Sustainability Sdn Bhd. He has 19 years of experience in corporate governance, market research, and consulting. He previously worked at KPMG Malaysia's Governance & Sustainability Department and co-authored a corporate governance guidebook for MAICSA with KPMG. He is a certified HRDF trainer and a member of the GRI Community Network, currently pursuing a Professional Sustainability Certification with the GRI Institute. His expertise includes drafting subsidiary governance policies, leading governance audits and reviews, and advising on virtual AGMs.

Prathab holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree and an MBA majoring in Finance. He is a certified HRDF trainer and is currently pursuing a Professional Sustainability Certification with the GRI Institute.
