K V Soon is an entrepreneurial, management professional and programme manager with more than 25 years of experience in technology and digital transformation.

KV comes from an entrepreneurial background building organisations. He was the pioneer in Asia's first and leading e-commerce and supply chain organisations and has headed several innovative IT organisations in the region.

Among some notable appointments include ECnet Inc, TradeNex.com, and Program Director of the Mauritius National Identity Scheme (MNIS) overseeing the IT review, development, national policy.

He was the program director for a dengue prevention programme initiated by the Malaysia Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and has also advised the healthcare industry on Artificial Intelligence and disease prediction.

Other notable achievements include helping organisations implement digital technologies, establishing regional operations, turn-around companies and programme manage projects across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Sudan Mauritius and Fiji.

K V is a Technical Advisor for the World Bank advising on national level digital transformation programmes and is also the current Programme Director of the Fijian Government Digital Transformation Programme.

He is passionate about technology-driven initiatives and aims to help organization drive innovation in solutions, programs, and products that deliver strong social impact.
