Certified Professional Executive Programmeconsist of 6 Classroom Learning Sessions throughout the 6 months period is to engage and expand the mindset of the participants, both in terms of personal mindset and business mindset in order to engage participants to contribute at a higher level of work performance in the organisation.

Participants will be required to undertake a Project Assignment and they will be required to update the management on the progress of the Project Assignment through the Management Communication Session.

New Era Manager

The New Era Manager is a professional credentialing program that verifies an individual's ability to manage and potential to lead with a level of competency. New Era Manager addresses various management competencies.

Participants will be required to undertake a Project Assignment and they will be required to update the management on the progress of the Project Assignment through the Management Communication Session.


Serving Citizens Better – Digital Leadership and Transformation in Government

This program focuses on digital leadership and transformation in the public sector using engaging, interactive curriculum that features case-studies, team-based exercises, and interaction with senior public servants from the Western Australian Public Service that have led a digital transformation in government.

In just one extraordinary week, participants will further develop their digital fluency, particularly in the challenges and opportunities technology is creating for the government and its workforce.
